The Winning Cycle

It’s weird how sports works out sometimes.

Leafs beat Ottawa, Ottawa beats Montreal, Montreal beats Boston. Boston beats Toronto.  As for Buffalo, everyone beats them lately.

Grey Cup 2007

The Grey Cup has been set for this Sunday.  The Winnipeg Blue Bombers face off against the Saskatchewan Tiger-Ca… er, Roughriders.  What are everyones predictions?  Add it to the poll on the right.

Good Ol’ New Canadians

sunfire1.jpgThis week I “celebrate” the 4th year anniversary of a reminder that people don’t exactly know how to use a stop sign. It was 4 years ago this week that some moron cut me off sending me into a tree with a few loop de loops to follow. Not a good day. However, I’d like to thank the nice guy who decided to pull over, see if I was alright and offer me his mug full of tea. That was the best tasting drink in the world.

The Truth Is Out There

The ‘X-Files’ Returns To The Big Screen

Mulder and Scully will return to solve more of the world’s supernatural mysteries.

Fox has announced plans for a sequel to feature film version of “The X-Files,” which is scheduled for release on July 25, 2008, as reported in Variety.

David Duchovny and Gillian Anderson will reprise their roles, along with show creator, Chris Carter.

A sequel to “The X-Files” film has been in the works for some time, but was stalled when Chris Carter sued Fox over syndication profits. The lawsuit was settled.

The studio has not said what mysteries the FBI Agents will be solving, but confirmed the plot would be a stand-alone supernatural story, which takes the complex Mulder and Scully relationship in new directions.
