This was another close one.  We came out on top with a very late goal by Doodie.

Mainway! Whos in and Who's not???

Hey guys i need definate yes or no answers for who is returning for this fall season at mainway which is fast approaching on September 14th. I’m giving everyone from last season first dibs to answer yes or no. I know for sure we have lost Morley this season as he will be in Alberta. Please just yes or no answers boys…….as i’m only gonna organize this season with no drama…LOL!!

Playoffs – Finals (5th Place Game): Old Velvet 10, Balls Deep 9

Our season has ended on a good note.   But not before playing one of our worst periods of the season.  With that coming after one of our best periods.

We were up 10-3 heading into the third period when we were just hammered in our own end by a bunch of deep balls.  ;)

Congrats to Old Velvet for a great season.  I’m looking forward to the Fall league.

Playoffs – Semi-Finals: Old Velvet 15, Blazers 9

It was a very close game in the first two periods, but in the third we had a little more gas left in our tank and we took care of things.

I’m pretty sure that next week we’ll be playing our favourite team, Balls Deep for 5th place but we’ll have to wait a few more days to find out.  Either way, pizza party!
