Ball Hockey This Sunday!

This Sunday at noon we’re going to get back into the swing of things.  Let’s try and get former Nighthawks to come out as well as some new ones!  We can also finalize things for the Reach Forth tournament which is coming up on June 27th.  Bring some snacks, bring some drinks ’cause the long range forecast right now is calling for a Sunny 19 degree day.

Let me know if you’re able to make it!

Reachforth Tournament!

Reachforth tournament is June 27 this spring! Same location, same time. It says 12 – 14 teams maximum accepted with a max of 12 players per team!

Nighthawks Reunion!

nighthawksOkay guys, I have uploaded the old Nighthawks site for everyone to browse through for the hell of it.  Check it out here!  Oh, how we have changed… sort of.

We’ll get our weekly games happening again, start challenging other ball hockey teams and maybe try to score some ice time again as well.

I’ll e-mail as many people as I can from back in the day and you guys should do the same.  Direct them to this post and let’s make this reunion happen!

First things first though, let’s get some more ideas in for a website address.  Unfortunately, it will have to be anything other than a .ca address.  So that means no Nighthawks.ca.  I’m sure we can be creative.

Week 10: Old Velvet 11, Hung Over 5

It was yet another close one in the first two periods, but we took control of the game in the third as we out-scored Hung Over 4-0 to lead us to our fifth straight win!

Next week we look to edge closer to first place as we take on the Raw Hot Dogs at 2:30 in the Forum.

nighthawksI’m bringing the Nighthawks back!  We’ll start up again once our Mainway season is over, whether we play on Sundays, Tuesdays or any other day of the week.  I just need a new website address.  I’m able to get a free domain, however it cannot be a .ca address.  So, does anyone have any ideas?

The Nighthawks Days

Searching through some old cd’s, I came across our old website, photos and videos from the Nighthawks days. I figured every once in a while I would throw some of them up on here. So to start off, I have put up the BeLEAFer crew’s bio shots as well as 2 videos. The first video is from our very first time in the Reach Forth tournament, followed by our Halloween edition of Tuesday Night Hockey. Good times.
