Well, It’s coming to that time to start gearing up for one of my favourite events of the year – the Vans Warped Tour!!!
This year the tour is celebrating its 15th anniversary!
The Toronto show is scheduled for Friday July 10th, on the concrete parking lot floors or Arrow Hall. This years tour is reportedly featuring fewer bands with the idea of giving each band an additional 10 minutes to play. Bands rocking the various stages include, but are not limited to:

Of these bands, it appears that Saosin is the headliner
Heads up for those wanting to score early bird tickets, Thursday is your last chance to order one from Early bird ticket also come with a compilation CD and a limited edition hologram ticket.(Toronto show only has 50 early bird tickets left as of this post)

Lights not so much my cup o tea but i’d watch aslong as she doesnt run into my bands. lol. Versaemerge i’ve been listening to their stuff…..very paramorish! I’m diggin Meg and Dias new album. Checkout Millionares….not so much my cup o tea either but my be interesting for a glance. i’m still hoping for some good local talents on the Union stage…Perhaps Creepshow or Flatliners. etc.

I can’t wait for VersaEmerge! especially since I missed them last time they came around. I think they are Paramore meets coheed – they’ve kind of got this prog rock feeling to their music. love it!
